Job Description
Join our team as a Supplier Quality Expeditor, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring supplier performance, quality compliance, and on-time delivery for international plant construction projects.
- Track progress against key milestones and ensure suppliers meet time and quality commitments from PO through delivery
- Conduct site inspections, verify material traceability, supervise welding activities, and ensure compliance with ITPs, QCPs, and ISO 9001
- Plan desk and field expediting, assign inspection resources, and distribute reports to stakeholders
- Build strong supplier relationships, identify delays early, and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee on-time delivery
- Prepare progress updates, verify inspection reports and certifications, and track status in project management tools
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree, NDT qualification (VT, PT, RT Level 2 minimum), and welding certification (IWE/EWE minimum)
- Background in plant construction (boiler, steel, apparatus, or pipeline) with coating field knowledge
- Read technical drawings, interpret manufacturing plans, conduct ITP inspections, and apply international codes (EN-ISO, ASME-IX, PED)
- MS Office, MS Project, progress monitoring tools, and Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015)
- English B2 minimum, intercultural competence, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 100%
