The Role:
Quality Assurance Technician – Responsible for ensuring product quality through inspection, analysis, and compliance with criteria in CMP pad.
In this role you will:
Core Jobs:
1. Perform visual inspections for CMP polishing pad incoming and outgoing materials.
(1) Incoming Visual Inspection.
(2) Outgoing Visual Inspection.
(3) Segregation of non-conforming materials physically and virtually in system.
2. Environment, Health and Safety
(1) Follow all EHS and 5S guidelines and policies while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
(2) Complete all required safety training on time and participate in group safety activities.
3. Assigned Responsibilities
(These responsibilities are part of the role and will be assigned based on your skills, readiness, and career development plan as determined by management.)
(1) Handle non-conforming products and execute proper disposition procedures.
(2) Conduct laboratory analysis and testing according to established work instructions.
(3) Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for product release.
(4) Carry out calibration and maintain equipment management practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
Familiarity with computer operations, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with quality system (LIMS), SPC basic statistical methods, or statistical software packages is a plus.
Relevant work experience in CMP polishing pads or quality control of polymer materials is highly desirable.
