Join Our Team as an EHR Support Analyst!

 Clinic Schedule: If hired prior to the same-day clinic opening, workdays will be Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a planned transition to Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in empowering our clinical and patient care teams by ensuring the effective and seamless use of the Epic EHR system. From troubleshooting and staff training to maintaining system configurations and collaborating on system enhancements, your work will directly support excellent patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum two (2) years of EHR experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Outpatient clinical background (e.g., Medical Assistant or LVN)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and webinar/virtual platforms
• Epic EHR experience
• Clinical training experience
