About the Role

FourSite Property Management’s, operating under Bach Team, mission is to provide quality service and housing to our customers, to provide valuable work experience for employees, and to obtain a fair profit all while maintaining our competitive and professional image.


Grayhawk Apartments  is now seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team. The assistant manager will be responsible for working with the Property Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the property. Additional responsibilities will include creating new and creative resident retention ideas and implementing them with help of the manager, marketing to current and future residents, and posting to all platforms of social media while creating a positive online presence. In the absence of the Property Manager, the Assistant Manager will be able to assume responsibility for the property. 


Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Prep weekly & monthly statistical reporting
  • Current and past resident collections
  • All leasing agent duties
  • The renewal process for existing residents
  • Creating new and creative resident retention ideas a
  • Marketing to current and future residents
  • Social media Management 

Requirements

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills,
  • Conflict resolution, 
  • Previous property management or equivalent customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, 
  • Experience with property management software programs such as Entrata, OneSite, or Yardi.

Schedule

The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.
