Summary

The Store Crew is responsible for engaging customers and executing beer and merchandise sales, while ensuring an exceptional fan experience. They handle customer inquiries and concerns, striving to meet service standards, while also staying informed about industry trends, maintaining the store’s appearance, and showcasing Stone’s beer offerings. Responsibilities 

· Deliver amazing fan service in all interactions with fans, vendors, team members, and industry partners.

· Pour and serve beer for on-premise and/or to-go orders according to company standards.

· Plan and execute brewery tours, involving public speaking, if applicable.

· Perform opening and closing duties according to company training guidelines.

· Stock merchandise and beer inventory to meet visual standards.

· Maintain the quality of store displays, merchandise, and cleanliness.

· Operate the POS system accurately for sales transactions.

· Manage deposits and reservations for beer purchases.

· Maintain quality display and provide excellent service at on and off-site events, if applicable.

· Prioritize safety by wearing appropriate PPE and following protocols in store, behind the bar, and in the brewery.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and municipal health and safety regulations.

· Maintain Store cleanliness and sanitation according to company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • At least 1 year of related experience and/or training, preferably in a beverage or retail environment. Must have cash handling experience, preferably with a POS system.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. POS system experience is strongly preferred.  
  • Must possess strong customer service skills.
  • A current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate is preferred; Certified Beer Server is a plus.
  • Regularly lift 50-75lbs
