Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer involved directly with planning, engineering, implementation, and support of enterprise networks and architecture solutions, requiring in-depth technical expertise in areas such as software support, network, voice, mobile, and virtual and physical endpoint domains.
**Responsibilities:**
• Oversee identity and access management, including regular audits of directory services, user accounts, licenses, and security controls.
• Ensure endpoint and mobile device management compliance through routine reviews and remediation efforts.
• Drive ongoing process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency, security posture, and documentation.
• Manage and review telecommunications systems, including mobile services and unified communications platforms.
• Evaluate and expand single sign-on (SSO) adoption across enterprise applications to improve security and user experience.
• Monitor and assess network configurations to ensure redundancy, failover capability, and business continuity.
• Identify aging or at-risk technology assets and recommend lifecycle replacements.
• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation to support consistency, scalability, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
**Qualifications:**
- Extensive experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions.

- Strong understanding of security principles, networking, and system architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and driving them to successful completion.
