What we need from you:

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and providing a 5-star experience for all customers.
  • Act as a membership expert by explaining plan benefits, assisting with renewals, and scheduling seasonal visits.
  • Make Outbound calls on special promotions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and chat.

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
  • Service Titan Experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
