Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.</p></div><p>To continue our rapid growth in the <strong>Nordics&amp;Benelux market</strong> for custom and serial on-demand manufacturing, we are looking for a driven and versatile (Regional)<strong> Marketing Specialist </strong>who will drive measurable growth in the Nordics&amp;Benelux region through paid acquisition, lead generation campaigns, brand awareness &amp; demand-generation across digital channels — with a clear focus on ROIM, CPA, and pipeline contribution.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp; </strong><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>You’ll own regional marketing initiatives for Nordics&amp;Benelux — building awareness, driving acquisition, and supporting revenue growth across key customer segments.</p> <p><strong>Your core responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build, launch, and optimize high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team</li> <li>Manage and report on regional marketing budgets and campaign performance</li> <li>Run structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates across ads, landing pages, and funnels</li> <li>Develop engaging marketing materials (ads, emails, landing pages, case studies)</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and support account-based campaigns</li> <li>Organize and promote webinars and industry events (online/offline)</li> <li>Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities with industry media and associations</li> <li>Own the regional performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC) and report on campaign efficiency<br><br><strong>Channels</strong><br>You’ll work with a focused set of high-impact channels — designed to generate demand and qualified leads across the Nordics&amp;Benelux region:</li> <li>Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) – drive high-intent traffic and continuously improve ROI</li> <li>Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) – build awareness and capture leads among key decision-makers</li> <li>Landing Page &amp; Conversion Optimization – test, measure, and scale what converts best</li> <li>Email &amp; CRM Automation – working closely with our Lifecycle-Marketing-Team to nurture leads through smart segmentation and automated sequences</li> <li>Industry Partnerships &amp; Events – leverage collaborations to boost credibility and inbound opportunities</li> <li>Retargeting &amp; Funnel Campaigns – turn attention into action through data-driven remarketing</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal candidate&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a growth-minded performance marketer who combines analytical precision with creative problem-solving — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to see their campaigns directly translate into real business growth.</p> <p>You’re not just running ads — you’re building scalable systems that turn marketing budgets into qualified pipeline.</p> <p><br><strong>You should have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Digital mindset and growth focus</li> <li>2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B or B2C performance marketing, demand generation, or paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)</li> <li>Proven success in full-funnel campaigns with measurable ROI and lead quality improvements</li> <li>Deep understanding of digital advertising mechanics (tracking, attribution, audience segmentation)</li> <li>Fluent English + one of Nordics languages&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong copywriting and localization skills — you know how to make technical messaging resonate</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>A plus: curiosity or background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Impact that matters:</strong> your campaigns will directly drive Xometry’s pipeline in one of our most strategic regions — Nordics&amp;Benelux.
