Full Time - minimum of 25 visits/week and 1 weekend every other month

Qualifications and Requirements:

Current license with the state Board of Nursing
1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred
Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
Ability to successfully complete a background check
