Explain and assist with benefit options tailored to client needs
Maintain accurate records and policy documentation
Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy

What We're Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and dependable with a positive attitude
Basic computer literacy (Zoom, email, CRM systems)
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (support provided)
