As a Python Developer, you will play a key role in building and scaling backend systems that power real-time delivery, order management, and logistics operations. Working in a fast-paced, product-led environment, you will collaborate closely with product and operations teams to translate business needs into robust, production-ready solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on greenfield systems, take full ownership of features from design to deployment, and solve real-world supply chain and logistics challenges using modern backend technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django
• Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs supporting delivery, order processing, and tracking workflows
• Integrate third-party services such as mapping, payment gateways, and notification systems
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure backend systems are highly performant, reliable, and responsive under real-time workloads
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes to maintain engineering quality
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend components for performance and scalability
• Contribute to architectural decisions that support growth and operational efficiency

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing backend applications using Python and Django
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, ORM concepts, and database design using PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or product-driven environments
• Ability to design and implement solutions that scale with growing operations and logistics complexity
• Solid foundation in data structures, debugging, and performance optimization
• Exposure to greenfield development or early-stage product builds is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, or cloud deployments is a plus
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or hyperlocal delivery platforms is beneficial
• Ownership mindset with the ability to take features from concept through production
