Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze markets and trends (Market demands, regulations, channels) in order to detect the best growth opportunities for BHC.
2. Collect Voice of Customers (VOC) to ensure our offering fits with customer, sales and channel requirements.
3. Analyze competitors’ offering.
Regional product strategy and product portfolio and roadmap: collaborate with international PRM and national PRM to define China and SEA product strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree or above with major in HVAC/Marketing or related majors.
2. 2+ years of working experience in HVAC and/or boiler business companies, with experience in product management and market intelligence.
3. Demonstrated business-driven mindset and strategic perspectives.
4. Ability to envision and introduce creative tools for fast and effective interaction with the field teams, combining high technical complexity and commercial interests in a seamless and user-friendly manner.
5. Good communication and presentation skills to collaborate with and influence relevant stakeholders.
6. Fluency in English is a must for this role.
