We value team players with clinical skills and experience in insurance and VOB. Exercise and nutritional knowledge a plus.</p><p><strong><em>Administrative Duties:</em></strong> <br>• Utilize a multi-line phone system to answer and appropriately route all incoming calls. <br>• Conduct follow-up calls to discuss patient progress and address concerns. <br>• Refer non-routine, sensitive, or complex requests to the appropriate staff member. <br>• Ensure exceptional patient service by maintaining a friendly environment, greeting patients, and upholding outstanding standards. <br>• Assist with monitoring daily inventory levels of clinical and office supplies. <br>• Perform daily scanning and uploading of documents in patient files. <br>• Train additional staff on daily procedures when requested by the office manager and/or physician.<br>• Participate in clinic marketing efforts and provide ongoing support to promote clinic profitability and success.</p><p><strong><em>Clinical Duties (varied based on credentials):</em></strong><br>• Obtain patient vitals, EKG, and perform phlebotomy. <br>• Administer IM injections. <br>• Prepare laboratory order forms and obtain patient laboratory results. <br>• Assist Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with patient referrals to other healthcare professionals. <br>• Document patient progress notes in the patient chart and/or EMR. <br>• Conduct follow-up calls to patients to discuss progress and address concerns. <br>• Perform other clinical duties as required.</p><p><strong><em>Requirements:</em></strong> <br>To excel in this role, you should have: <br>• Front office experience.<br>• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy (a plus). <br>• Prior experience and training in exercise (a plus). <br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br><br></p><p><strong>Salary: [Competitive, Commensurate with Experience]</strong></p>
