We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced SaaS startup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapidly evolving environment, partners closely with leadership teams, and builds strong people practices that enable business success. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members, helping to shape a high-performing and engaged culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads and senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Serve as a coach and consultant to managers on performance, engagement, and employee development.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring a constructive approach across the organization.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs and initiatives to support both individual and organizational growth. 
  • Leverage people data and analytics to generate insights, trends, and recommendations that inform strategic HR decisions.
  • Partner with leadership on change management and organizational development (OD) initiatives.
  • Drive HR projects that enhance engagement, culture, and retention in a high-growth SaaS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a SaaS fast-growing global startup environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business goals into people strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Experience in managing employee relations and supporting organizational change.
  • Background in Organizational Development (OD) - Advantage
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially HiBob - Advantage
