They mentor developers, architect scalable solutions, and integrate cross‑functional technical capabilities.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Requirements / Responsibilities<br></strong>- Lead Concorde teams and oversee complex codebases.<br><br> </div><div>- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with standards.<br><br> </div><div>- Guide modernization initiatives including .NET Core transitions.<br><br> </div><div>- Support integration, shared libraries, and geospatial capabilities.<br><br> </div><div>- Support VAPT remediation and DevSecOps pipeline.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong>- 15+ years web development.</div><div>- 10+ years ASP.NET MVC.</div><div>- 5+ years .NET Core.</div><div>- 8+ years Agile.<br>- Enterprise-scale application experience.<br><br> </div><div>- Secret clearance.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000<br></strong><br> </div><div>Place of Performance: Arlington & Springfield, VA</div> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
