About the Role

The HR Coordinator supports end-to-end HR Hire to Retire in Modiin site, provides ongoing HR support to employees and managers, and leads global/region HR processes, welfare plan, and community contribution programs at the region level

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire) in accordance with local labor laws and HR policies.
  • Serve as a key HR focal point for employees and managers, providing guidance and day-to-day HR support.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-company HR processes, including performance reviews, salary reviews, promotions and leadership development
  • Design and manage IL employee’s welfare programs.
  • Design and lead community contribution plan at IL level
  • Support the local implementation of global HR programs and maintain accurate HR data and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Experience in managing employee life cycles and HR processes, preferably in Global organizations
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • English- Fluent level
