About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own and scale recruiting across R&D at Buildots. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build the strategy, run the day-to-day, and help us hire exceptional people in a fast-moving, highly competitive environment.
You’ll work closely with founders and leaders, play a real role in shaping how we grow, and help build the teams that will take Buildots to its next stage while strengthening our employer brand and candidate experience along the way.
Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition
Location: Tel Aviv
What You Will Do
- Own recruiting end to end – Partner with leaders and hiring managers to define needs and run full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Research, and Product.
- Build the TA function - Hire and mentor additional recruiters, while staying hands-on with key roles.
- Drive top-of-funnel initiatives – Experiment with sourcing channels, improve outreach, and help Buildots stand out as an employer.
- Use data to get better – Track what works, spot bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring speed and quality.
- Deliver a great candidate experience – Make sure every candidate interaction reflects our values and feels thoughtful, human, and professional.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes; managerial experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience recruiting for R&D roles, including significant hiring for Engineering functions.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and critical projects simultaneously, balancing strategic and hands-on execution with attention to detail.
- Creative, resourceful, and proactive, with a proven ability to design and execute hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive process improvements.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
