Join us and be part of something big!</p> <h3><strong>Job Summary:</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking an adaptable and technically skilled Product Manager to join our innovative team in Israel. In this role, you’ll get your hands dirty working on the intricate details of our product with the engineering &amp; design teams. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week (Monday and Wednesday) required in-office from our Jerusalem office (located in the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, across the street from the train)</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <div> <ul> <li>Lead product development from conception to launch, continuously iterating based on market &amp; internal feedback</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products</li> <li>Define product requirements and create detailed specifications</li> <li>Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities</li> <li>Prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility</li> <li>Conduct user research and translate insights into product decisions</li> </ul> </div> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</li> <li>3+ years of product management experience in technology companies</li> <li>Ability to work from our Jerusalem office (located in the Central Bus Station next to the train) 2 times a week (Monday &amp; Wednesday) is required</li> <li>Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management</li> <li>Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)</li> <li>Knowledge of programming languages or development frameworks</li> <li>Background in data analysis and visualization tools</li> <li>Experience in e-commerce</li> <li>Experience leading cross-functional teams</li> <li>Track record of successful product launches</li> </ul> <h3>What We're Not Looking For</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Individuals who prefer rigid, unchanging environments and structured workflows</p> </li> <li> <p>Those uncomfortable with technical discussions or unwilling to develop technical knowledge</p> </li> <li> <p>People who struggle to shift priorities when market conditions change</p> </li> <li> <p>Candidates who prefer to work in isolation rather than collaborating across teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Individuals who need extensive direction and can't take initiative in ambiguous situations</p> </li> <li> <p>Those who prioritize perfect execution over learning and adaptation</p> </li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <h3>Our Values</h3> <ul> <li><strong>We Are Customer Obsessed</strong>: From our mission to every detailed project, everything we do is designed to create a positive impact for our customers.</li> <li><strong>We Move (Very!)
