<div>Dunes Construction Hiring a Planning Engineer</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Location:</strong> El Sheikh Zayed – Waslet Dahshour Site<br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturday to Thursday)<br><strong>Experience Required:</strong> 1–3 Years<br><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering</div><div><br></div><div><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>We are seeking a <strong>Planning Engineer / Project Control Engineer</strong> to join our team and support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities across various projects.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li>Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.</li><li>Prepare and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).</li><li>Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against the approved baseline.</li><li>Update schedules and prepare progress reports and dashboards.</li><li>Identify schedule deviations and propose mitigation and recovery plans.</li><li>Participate in progress meetings with stakeholders and contractors.</li><li>Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and documentation when required.</li><li>Perform resource loading, manpower planning, and productivity tracking.</li><li>Assist in risk assessment and planning to minimize project delays and cost overruns</li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture).</li><li>1–3 years of experience in planning and project control.</li><li>Good knowledge of project planning principles and reporting.</li><li>Experience in infrastructure, residential, commercial.</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>
