You will support staff competency and capability development initiatives as a Capability Development Intern under People Matters Division.
[What you will be working on]
- Craft job competencies and profiles for staff handling specific functions in NLB
- Conduct research and provide recommendations as part of annual learning roadmap reviews to support staff developments
- Conduct in-depth analysis on learning needs survey data collected from NLB staff
- Develop a comprehensive training analytics dashboard and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance staff development initiatives.
- Collate data and prepare presentation deck(s) to engage relevant stakeholders on HR's proposals
- Document follow-up actions to be taken during engagement with stakeholders
- Create visually engaging communication materials, such as Electronics Direct Mailers (EDMs), infographics to promote learning initiatives
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to acquire understanding of capability development processes such as room booking, onsite logistic support, etc.
[What we are looking for]
- Open to students from all disciplines; students with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences are particularly encouraged to apply.
- Passionate about Human Resource Development particularly in the area of training, capability building
- Basic research skills
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, data visualisation softwares (e.g. Power BI) and experienced in using design software such as Canva, Piktochart
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Able to do self-directed learning to pick up new skills and knowledge through readings, videos etc.
