You will utilise GenAI to improve our Procurement processes; and promote engagement initiatives as an GenAI Intern under the Finance, Procurement & Administration department,
[What you will be working on]
- Ideate and implement cutting-edge GenAI solutions to streamline procurement processes, including drafting and reviewing key procurement documents such as Approval of Requirements, Requirement Specifications, and Evaluation Reports
- Assist in obtaining feedback from stakeholders regarding GenAI performance and utility through discussions and sharing sessions
- Support the planning and coordination of stakeholder engagement activities across different divisions
- Gain hands-on experience with government finance and procurement procedures
- Develop cross-divisional relationship management skills through direct collaboration with various teams
