About the Role

The Safety, Health and Environmental Advisor will play a key role in ensuring the organisation operates safely through effective planning and support implementation of the company SHE programs. This position requires knowledge of the Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) requirements in relation to the organisation. The position sits in the Divisional cluster leadership team and has influence in the SHE objectives to drive consistent improvements in line with the Business Units priorities. This role is Hybrid and can be based Aberdeen/Hitchin/MilanResponsabilidades
- Ensure consistent implementation and ongoing execution of organisational SHE policies, programs, practices, and procedures - Conduct compliance checks during laboratory visits through audits, inspections, and performance reviews - Review site SHE practices and collaborates with teams to drive continuous improvement - Share best practices, corrective actions, and lessons learned across Cluster laboratories and Divisions - Lead cultural change initiatives to strengthen adoption of the Zero Harm Framework. - Faclitate feedback loops to maintain engagement and ensure sustainability of SHE initiatives. - Create divisional Improvement Plans based on risk mitigation focusing on the Hierarchy of control principles (Eliminate, Reduce, Substitute, Procedures, PPE) - Facilitate cross laboratory best practice and align management systems to enable a consistent approach across the cluster - Encourage outward association with relevant regulatory and subject matter groups to look for new safety improvements.Habilidades / calificaciones
