About the Role

Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Project Client Coordinator to join our team at our Birchwood facilities. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be a key point of contact for clients in terms of project tracking, updates, project changes and delivery timeframes
  • Coordination and project management of client projects through the end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes
  • Be the primary liaison between multiple departments and clients, providing updates in terms of project milestones and deliverables
  • Foster cross-team collaboration, coordinating working team members so workflow remains on schedule
  • Management of multiple projects, tracking progress, problem-solving and providing regular updates to clients and key stakeholders
  • Schedule regular update meetings keeping teams up to date with requirements and developments.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a project coordinator role (highly desirable)
  • Ideally exposure in the construction, civil, structural or steel sector, but not a necessity
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure
  • Hands on approach to offer ideas / solutions for issues
  • Methodical with thorough attention to detail
  • Creative thinker – ability to think outside the box to solve problems
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with flexible approach to work
