Job Description

As an OT within Benchmark, you will support people to return to all the activities that give life structure, confidence, and meaning. This could be cooking a meal, driving again, caring for kids, reconnecting socially, returning to hobbies, or simply moving confidently through their home. This rewarding role offers flexibility to think outside the box and tailor your clients recovery to their individual needs.

You will use your clinical knowledge to work with clients from:

  • CTP: Assisting clients involved in motor vehicle accidents to regain their quality of life.
  • Life insurance: Supporting individuals to overcome physical and mental health challenges and resume their daily activities.
  • Aged care: Enhancing the quality of life for elderly clients by addressing mobility and functional limitations.

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role

  • You are passionate and want to help your clients achieve the best outcomes
  • You want to work for a company that you can be proud of
  • You have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
  • You have a current driver’s license 
  • You are able to provide a WWCC and Police Clearance
  • Willingness to travel around southern Sydney metro, Illawarra, Canberra and surrounds (company pool car provided)
