We will count on you to:
Your primary responsibility will be to assist Account Executives and Senior Account Executives in all aspects of client service, including administration, technical support, and business development through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of all policy and related documentation.
- Support high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative assistance to Account Executives and Senior Account Executives
- Foster effective working relationships with insurers as required by Account Executives
- Adhere strictly to the company’s quality practices, systems, and procedures
- Fully comply with the company’s Errors and Omissions avoidance policy
- Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of:
- Invoices and related policy accounting documentation
- Quotations and placing slips
- Premium and adjustment calculations
- Information and documentation for pre-renewal and broking meetings
- Draft policy wordings and endorsements for review by Account Executives
- Draft renewal reports and insurance manuals
- Certificates of currency
- Up-to-date computer system records
- Follow-ups on current and outstanding documentation
- All other relevant documentation
- Perform other duties as required from time to time
What you need to have:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to work towards qualifications aligned with new competency requirements for financial advisors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Driver's License
What makes you stand out:
- Qualifications in Business Management and/or Accounting and/or Economics
- Minimum of 1 years experience in the insurance industry, preferably in broking
- Demonstrated commitment to driving the best outcomes for commercial clients and colleagues
