The Opportunity
As an Account Manager for our Non-Confectionery portfolio, you will be a strategic partner, collaborating with the customer to define and execute a winning growth strategy that benefits both Mondelēz International and Woolworths. You will cultivate strong relationships at all levels within Woolworths, focusing on building connections with key category managers across the biscuits, meals, powdered beverages, and baking categories.
Your role is pivotal in navigating complex internal and external pressures, ensuring the seamless delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP), and optimizing resource allocation to maximise profitability and market share.
The ingredients you’ll bring
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and market share within Woolworths' non-confectionery categories.
Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key Woolworths stakeholders.
Apply strong commercial acumen for pricing, negotiations, and promotional activities to achieve mutual benefit.
Oversee new product launches (NPD), range reviews, and execute the Biscuits NPD plan.
Negotiate effectively to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Balance internal and external pressures, aligning customer demands with company strategy.
About You
A strong desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
Proven Account Management experience within the FMCG/grocery sector.
Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills with a track record of achieving commercial outcomes.
Demonstrated experience managing key accounts within the grocery channel, with product category (food or non-food).
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Power BI, Quantum is preferred but not essential.
