Mental Health Program Coordinator (QMHP)


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our dynamic mental health team. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to clients

- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and case managers

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans

- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies

- Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and organizational policies


Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or equivalent

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

- Proven experience in mental health services or related settings

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
