About the Role
As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you’ll deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services across a wide range of makes and models, always to manufacturer specs and safety standards.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role where your technical skill, precision and customer care shine.
•    Salary from $81,120 p.a. (negotiable based on experience) + super
•    Relocation allowance available
•    Mobile role with quality tools, equipment and support

About You
•    Proven experience in windscreen fitting / automotive glazing
•    Strong understanding of vehicle structures, glazing and safety protocols
•    Confident working independently and managing a mobile schedule
•    Customer‑first mindset and clear communication
•    C Class Driver Licence
•    Able to complete pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol screening and a criminal record check

•    Ability to work independently and manage your workflow
•    A current C Class Driver Licence
