Reporting to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in Podium’s verticalised Marketing team, helping drive pipeline growth, brand presence, and partner engagement through high-quality event experiences and go-to-market collaboration.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced execution, managing multiple priorities, and continuously improving performance through insights and experimentation. The role works closely with Sales, Partnerships, Integrations and broader Marketing teams to deliver impactful in-person and virtual events that support business growth.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><strong>Events</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the end-to-end execution of the event calendar, including partner events, Podium-hosted events and trade shows</li> <li>Manage event logistics such as venues, suppliers, budgets, timelines, freight and on-site requirements</li> <li>Assist with identifying and testing new event formats for customers and prospects, both in-person and virtual</li> <li>Track event performance and contribute to post-event reporting, including attendance, lead quality and ROI</li> <li>Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve future events and experiences</li> </ul> <p><strong>Partnerships</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute partner marketing initiatives that highlight Podium’s value proposition and support go-to-market partnership goals</li> <li>Manage and deliver a virtual event calendar in collaboration with Partnerships, Integrations and Sales teams</li> <li>Coordinate the creation of marketing assets such as presentation decks, email campaigns, text campaigns and direct mail</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Partnerships teams to align event activity with broader objectives</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Share insights, learnings and updates to support continuous improvement across partner and event programs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Brand Representation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure Podium is consistently and professionally represented across all events, marketing assets and partner touch points</li> <li>Support the delivery of high-quality experiences that reflect Podium’s brand and operating principles</li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel</strong></p> <ul> <li>Occasional interstate travel may be required to support on-site event delivery and represent Podium alongside Sales and leadership teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–4 years of experience in marketing, events or partnerships, ideally within B2B or SaaS</li> <li>Hands-on experience supporting or executing events, webinars or partner-led initiatives</li> <li>A commercially minded, results-driven approach with an understanding of event performance and ROI</li> <li>Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Experience using CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and event management platforms</li> <li>Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and how events and partnerships contribute to pipeline</li> <li>Experience in the Automotive, Healthcare or Home Service industries is advantageous but not required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>PERKS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Equity/stock options for all employees - 'Be a Founder' and be rewarded as one at Podium.</li> <li>REAL growth and career development opportunities, we’re still very young in Australia, with plenty of room to grow</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
