This rich diversity fuels our business and enriches our culture</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>About the role</strong></span></p> <p>We are currently growing our ETRM/CTRM Endur practice and are looking for experienced Endur Consultants with expertise in Commodity or Energy markets and Trading and Risk Management System Implementations. You will be part of the team involved in implementation/upgrade/support of Endur, bringing SME knowledge in deal modelling, deal valuations, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting for commodities and energy. You will ensure successful project delivery, employing consultancy and best practices.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with clients and prospects to determine business requirements and processes to be addressed by key areas of the Endur solution, with the ability to identify improvement potential and drive change management.</li> <li>Work as part of a team on the functional implementation, encompassing design, configuration, functional testing and support transition to operations of Endur solution.</li> <li>Support existing solutions for bug fixes, enhancements and operations.</li> <li>Document business requirements, implementation designs, test plans/results, and other deliverables required by the project.</li> <li>Follow best practices, documentation standards, and resolution process flow for all deliverables.</li> <li>Collaborate with technical teams to create customisations based on specific client needs</li> <li>Provide industry and functional advisory as needed.</li> <li>Apply appropriate resourcing techniques given project-specific needs, risks, and differences in core project team member skill levels and relevant modules to be delivered in client projects.</li> <li>Maintain highly effective communication with client and internal stakeholders and adept in handling business changes and managing stakeholder expectations.</li> <li>Provide guidance and training on Endur functionality and general ETRM/CTRM topics.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Endur Modules: Good working knowledge in key modules of Endur and commodity/energy operations with working knowledge of V19 and above.</li> <li>Endur Risk Management: Knowledge of Endur risk and valuation functionality including results (MTM, PnL, VAR), and EOD automation (TPM and Services Manager).</li> <li>Endur Customisation: Deep knowledge of standard and customisation approaches for implementation of requirements, support for reporting, building complex desktops, APM pages, and pre/post-processing logic.</li> <li>Endur Architecture: Understanding of Endur architecture and best implementation practices to optimize its strengths for the client solution.</li> <li>Functional Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Gas, Power, Renewables, LNG or Crude and Refined Products.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.</li> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Multi-tasking and Project Management skills.</li> <li>Strong organisational &amp; analytical skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detailed oriented environment and work independently or in a team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Required Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience in a related field</li> <li>4+ years hands-on with Endur as a consultant, business analyst, functional specialist, QA specialist or IT support specialist with working knowledge of V19 and above.</li> <li>At least 4+ years of industry work experience.</li> <li>Good working understanding of various functional areas and relevant modules of Endur.</li> <li>Experience in conducting comprehensive testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Endur solutions.</li> <li>Worked as part of a cross-cultural/geographical team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.</li> <li>Worked as part of a project team structure and delivered results with limited guidance.</li> <li>Ability to travel to onsite client locations for limited time as per project requirement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Subject matter expert or functional consultant in Commodity Trading, Risk or Logistics business areas in large enterprise environments.</li> <li>Worked in Front, Middle or Back Office functions with specialty in any of the following: Trading (Derivatives, Physical), Risk (Market, Credit, Operational, Compliance), Logistics (Pipeline, Vessel, Nomination) or Settlements (AR/AP Process, Invoice Management).</li> <li>Experience with Endur gMotion or cMotion modules would be advantageous.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What to expect as a capSpire consultant</strong></span></p> <p>As part of a capSpire team, you’ll experience the full project life-cycle and be part of a dynamic team in which diversity, camaraderie and professional excellence are celebrated.
