We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our Head of Talent Acquisition with hiring needs during a period of growth. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, efficient hiring process. The contract is expected to last 3–6 months, with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance.
About The Role:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from candidate screenings intake to verbal offer for assigned roles
- Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition and managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source and engage qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen high volume of resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate feedback collection
- Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, conduct both virtual and onsite interviews
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed
- Meet time-to-fill goals and hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Support Talent Acquisition ad hoc projects as needed
Compensation:
$40-55/hr
- 2-4+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and teams
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and work independently
- Experience recruiting for [technical (product & engineering) and healthcare roles is a plus
