The Opportunity

We’re looking for a full-time Retail Associate to join our newly opened Bondi Junction boutique.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys premium retail, takes pride in presentation, and genuinely likes helping customers. You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering thoughtful, high-quality service in a busy, high-profile location.

The Role

As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of the brand on the shop floor. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through our product range, and ensure every interaction feels considered, easy and genuine.

Bondi Junction is fast-paced and high-energy, so this role suits someone who can stay calm, warm and polished even during peak trade.

• Delivering friendly, personalised customer service

• Supporting customers to find the right product for their needs
• Sharing product knowledge and brand values in a natural way
• Processing transactions accurately using POS
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Supporting stock replenishment and back-of-house organisation
• Working collaboratively with the team to keep the store running smoothly

Who We’re Looking For

You’re reliable, approachable and take pride in your work. You understand that premium retail is about attention to detail, not pressure or pushy sales.

What You Bring

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)
• A professional, friendly communication style
• Strong attention to presentation and store standards
• The ability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster, including weekends
• An interest in premium retail, design or sustainability
