The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Order Specialist to join the Customer Service Team based in our Parkview site, Archerfield QLD. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

As demand in our patio segment continues to grow, we have an exciting permanent opportunity for a committed individual to join the team. Perhaps you have experience in customer service, order fulfillment or supply chain and are looking for a new challenge in the patio market sector.   

You will also be supported by an established team of industry experts who are ready to help you succeed.

What Will You Do?

Partnering closely with internal operations and sales teams to deliver on customer expectations, you will:

  • interact with our customers via phone and email - managing quotes and resolving queries
  • prepare and enter customer orders into our operating system
  • monitor the progress of an order until closed out - problem solving the unexpected to ensure successful delivery
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, logistics and sales)  
  • resolve issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience
  • maintain strong process discipline to ensure complex, multi-source orders are delivered accurately, on time, meeting & exceeding as customers’ expectations
