The Quoting Associate, APAC at LGC Standards will drive sales growth of a leading portfolio of reference materials and analytical standards including ranges produced under ISO/IEC 17025 and accredited to ISO17034. LGC Standards products are used to check the quality and metrological traceability of products to validate analytical measurement methods for research and development and for the calibration of instruments.

The Quoting Associate, APAC will support the sales process by accurately identifying customer product requests, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth order execution. Responsibilities include interpreting product specifications from the company’s chemical reagent catalogue, processing orders based on system data and inventory, and managing customer information, contracts, and related documentation. The role also facilitates seamless sales transactions and collaborates with marketing to support promotions and events.

The required goal of this role is to ensure a seamless and professional quoting and order experience for LGC Standards’ customers, supporting the sales process and contributing to overall business success.
Working within a dynamic, fast-moving environment, the Quoting Associate will develop a strong knowledge of LGC’s product catalogue and specifications, accurately process customer requests, and align orders with system data and inventory conditions. The Quoting Associate will manage quotations, contracts, and customer data to facilitate the smooth completion of the sales cycle. By collaborating closely with sales and marketing, this role ensures customers receive timely, accurate, and efficient support, building confidence and loyalty to LGC Standards.

• Preferably Bachelor of Science.
• Fluency in English essential with additional languages being an advantage.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office software, experience with ERP and CRM system is an advantage.
