Base Pay: $80,000–$85,000

Location and Staff: This is a Full-Time Float Physical Therapist position serving outpatient orthopedic clinics across the Treasure Valley region (Idaho). You’ll rotate between clinics based on patient needs and coverage, with mileage reimbursement included.

The Position and The Company:
Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is a private practice helping lead the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With a large portion of primary care visits tied to musculoskeletal conditions, we’re putting Physical Therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics to support faster, more accurate treatment and better outcomes.
This position may be a hybrid in-person and remote role, where most of your days will serve as a Float Physical Therapist, bringing consistent, high-quality outpatient orthopedic care to multiple clinics, whereas other time can be spent overseeing RTM monitoring and HEP check ins.
What Does Your Role Look Like?
- Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic PT care across multiple clinics
- Typical high-performer caseload averages 11–12 patients/day with 1:1 time
- Treatment autonomy
- Collaborate with experienced PTs, sports specialists, and local providers
- May support RTM check-ins (HEP progress outreach & care team communication) as needed
