Hospitality Intern

Locations include Austin, Dallas, or Denver. 


Summary

The Hospitality Intern supports the creation of meaningful, elevated experiences across multifamily communities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to hospitality strategy, resident engagement, and brand experience through project-based work. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ideate, support, and enhance programs that strengthen community connection and resident satisfaction.


What You’ll Work On

Responsibilities will vary by project and may include:

  • Assisting with the planning and support of resident events, experiences, and community programming
  • Exploring creative ways to enhance the resident journey, from move-in moments to amenity and social experiences
  • Supporting partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
  • Collaborating with Marketing on storytelling efforts, including social media ideas, photography, and short-form content
  • Helping gather resident feedback through surveys, focus groups, or event insights
  • Contributing to playbooks, toolkits, or guides that support onsite teams and hospitality initiatives
  • Researching hospitality trends, wellness concepts, food & beverage ideas, and experiential programming
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions to help develop innovative, resident-focused experiences
