Summary
The Hospitality Intern supports the creation of meaningful, elevated experiences across multifamily communities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to hospitality strategy, resident engagement, and brand experience through project-based work. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ideate, support, and enhance programs that strengthen community connection and resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Work On
Responsibilities will vary by project and may include:
- Assisting with the planning and support of resident events, experiences, and community programming
- Exploring creative ways to enhance the resident journey, from move-in moments to amenity and social experiences
- Supporting partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
- Collaborating with Marketing on storytelling efforts, including social media ideas, photography, and short-form content
- Helping gather resident feedback through surveys, focus groups, or event insights
- Contributing to playbooks, toolkits, or guides that support onsite teams and hospitality initiatives
- Researching hospitality trends, wellness concepts, food & beverage ideas, and experiential programming
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to help develop innovative, resident-focused experiences
