Konza is seeking a Dentist to join our experienced team delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care at two modern clinical locations. With state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative environment, you will provide the full scope of dentistry?including, but not limited to?preventive, restorative, cosmetic services utilizing?CAD/CAM digital impressions, restoration design, and fabrication. hospital based treatment centers and clinical training track to basic implant case treatment planning, placement, and restoration.?We serve patients of all ages.

Requirements
Education & Licensure
- DDS or DMD degree from a COD Accredited dental school.
- Current Kansas dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
- Board certification or eligibility through the American Board of General Dentistry (preferred, not required).
Credentialing & Compliance
- Ability to secure credentialing with third-party payers (e.g., Blue Cross Blue Shield) and with Kansas Medicaid.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, radiation safety requirements, and clinical quality standards.
- Completion of continuing dental education (CDE) as required by state licensure and professional standards.
Experience & Skills
- Clinical experience in comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and digital dentistry workflows (e.g., digital radiography, intraoral scanners, charting).
- Strong commitment to patient centered care, with the ability to work within a collaborative, team based model.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to serve patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
Preferred
- Experience in a community health center, FQHC, or safety net dental setting.
- Knowledge of public health principles, population health, and integrated medical dental care models.
- Interest in mentorship, leadership, or participation in quality improvement and clinical best practice initiatives.
