Front of House-Cashier/Server

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous and efficient manner

- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely and responsibly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

- Promote specials and upsell menu items when appropriate

- Serve guests their food and drink orders in a timely manner

- Assist the kitchen with prep/cleaning tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Reliable, punctual, and dependable

- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed

We are open Monday-Saturday from 11am-8pm (9pm in summer), closed on Sundays.  We are looking for someone with open availability, to work a variety of shifts as needed.  Opening shifts start at 10:30am, closing shifts start around 2pm most days.
