What You’ll Do:

• Master the craft of high-quality window and door replacement.
• Operate power tools (skill saws, miter saws) like a pro.
• Work with a collaborative crew to transform homes and wow customers.

What You Need:

• 1+ year of general construction experience (Window exp? Great. If not, we train!).
• A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• A "can-do" attitude and willingness to climb ladders (40ft+) and lift 70 lbs.
• Must pass a DOT physical (w/ drug screen) and background check.
