Description
The Office Manager oversees daily operations across three pediatric clinical sites, ensuring efficient workflows, strong staff support, and an excellent patient experience. This role leads administrative and clinical support staff, partners with centralized teams (HR, IT, Referrals, Call Center, Patient Business Office), and supports providers through scheduling, operations, and process improvement. Responsibilities include staff supervision, inventory oversight, quality initiatives, customer service, and strict compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Healthcare office management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with EHR systems are required. Pediatric experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
Pay Range
$62,500 - $80,000 annually
Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on pediatric vaccine management (commercial & VFC)
- Vaccine ordering, inventory control, counts, reconciliation, and returns
- Knowledge of VFC & commercial vaccine regulations, storage, documentation, and compliance
- Ability to manage clinical, medication, and office supply inventories, including ordering and vendor coordination
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Experience in a pediatric or primary care office
