Salary Description: $27+ per hour 

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a licensed aesthetician (esthetician) who is passionate about skin health and client care to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an aesthetician who values education, personalized treatments, and a calm, professional work environment.  

Requirements

 What You’ll Do

• Provide customized facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning  
• Perform thorough client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans  
• Educate clients on skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)  
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere  
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes  

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed aesthetician (required)  
• Strong communication and customer care skills  
• Passion for skincare and continued learning  
• Experience is preferred but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate  

Schedule

• Part-time or full-time opportunities available  
• Mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
