Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with state regulations
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification per state requirements
- Previous dental assisting experience; pediatric experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient-focused demeanor
