Job Description
Role Summary
The EMEA Senior SAP SuccessFactors Analyst is responsible for the stable operation, BAU support, and continuous improvement of Colliers’ SAP SuccessFactors landscape across EMEA.
This role provides L3 support, delivers controlled configuration and enhancements, and leads quarterly release and change activities across core HR modules. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external AMS partners, the role ensures system stability, data integrity, and strong governance across the SuccessFactors platform.
Key Responsibilities
BAU Support & Platform Stability
- Act as L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors, resolving complex functional and technical issues.
- Own recurring issues through root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Deliver BAU incidents, defects, and minor enhancements in line with agreed SLAs.
- Support payroll-impacting changes with appropriate controls and validation.
Configuration, Change & Release Management
- Deliver minor configuration changes and enhancements
- Ensure changes follow the development → test → release lifecycle.
- Lead BAU activities for quarterly SuccessFactors releases, including:
- Release note review and impact assessment
- Testing coordination and validation
- Post-release stabilisation
- Ensure Development, Test, and Production environments remain aligned.
- Manage system administration activities, including role-based permissions, security controls, and certificate renewals (e.g. SSO / SSL where applicable).
Integration & Downstream Awareness
- Provide BAU support for integrations between SuccessFactors and:
- Payroll systems (e.g. ECP / third-party vendors)
- Finance / ERP platforms
- Identity and access management solutions
- Monitor interfaces, investigate errors, and coordinate fixes with AMS or integration teams.
- Ensure downstream impacts are understood before changes are deployed.
Governance, Risk & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure SuccessFactors usage and configuration adhere to governance, data protection, security, and local regulatory requirements.
- Participate in CAB / formal change governance.
- Maintain accurate system and configuration documentation.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Translate technical issues into clear business language.
- Work closely with AMS providers and SAP Support to resolve complex issues.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts within the BAU team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- · Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors; SAP Integration Suite; ABAP) are a plus.
- · Familiarity with Agile Development and Test methods (possible certification).
- · ITIL Certification (desirable).
- · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- · Self-motivated and adaptable to a collaborative, dynamic work environment.

Time / Time Off, PMGM, Recruitment & Onboarding, Compensation & Succession
Desirable Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management
Proven experience with:
Data imports and corrections. Quarterly release management. L2/L3 support in enterprise environments
Experience supporting multi-country SuccessFactors landscapes
Strong understanding of payroll-impacting risk and downstream dependencies
Experience working with AMS / external vendors
