We are seeking a VP Digital assets to lead and build a team that’s dedicated to the delivery of new business, build out our position within Digital assets within Europe and beyond.
This role is accountable and responsible for the overall sales performance including achieving targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives aligned to the overall Nuvei business strategy. Next to that we expect you to lead initiatives within our key accounts of our backbook and create valuable partnerships together with the product organization to build out our value propostion.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sales strategy: Develop and execute on the strategy to deliver successful partnerships across the payments industry to enable lead generation, and product enhancements to support revenue generation. Develop and execute robust strategies to maximize revenue streams
- Strategic Partnership: Build and foster teamwork across key internal partnerships to deliver on the customer experience and overall sales targets. Cultivate and nurture key client relationships, strategic partnerships, and alliances to enhance the organization's market presence and drive business success.
- Market knowledge: Extensive experience working in the Digital Assets market, helping payments companies obtain licenses, manage regulators and build the strategy to ensure revenue growth
- Sales Leadership: Demonstrate a strong track record of sales management and team building, fostering a high-performance culture within the southern Europe market and promoting collaboration within a multicultural environment.
- Metrics-Driven Approach: Implement a metrics-oriented approach with a keen focus on pipeline management, lead conversions, and revenue growth, ensuring that targets and quotas are met consistently.
- Payments Industry Knowledge: prior payments industry experience is highly desirable, as it will enable you to better understand and navigate our specific sector.
- Global Responsibilities: Digital assets is an strategic pillar for Nuvei, and is one of the key markets for Nuvei and the larget eComm market in Europe.
- Sales Leadership: 15 years of sales leadership, team development.
- Pipeline Quota Management: Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and exceeding quota expectations.
- Quantitative Management of Quota: Ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Payments Industry Knowledge: 10 years experience within the payments industry.
- 10 -15 years experience in Business Development / Sales within global enterprises with a thorough understanding of one or more of the targeted verticals.
