About the Role

Home Run Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) at Janesville Subaru.

  • In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about our vehicle offerings and services, playing a critical part in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and provide information on vehicle availability, financing options, and promotional offers.
  • As the voice of our dealership, your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be crucial in addressing their needs and concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate follow-up calls with customers.
  • Provide accurate information to customers about products and services.
  • Manage customer data and maintain a database of leads and follow-ups.
  • Hand off sales leads to the appropriate department and ensure follow-through.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve overall customer experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer management systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to help customers.
