Job Description

The Engineering Coordinator will act as a key team member, overseeing, organizing, and supervising all engineering and maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical projects, while ensuring the property operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of luxury and guest satisfaction, with strong coordination and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
Certification in Facilities/Hotel Engineering can be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in luxury hospitality
