About the Role

Description

     

This position is responsible for:

  •  Assembly, including soldering, of the company’s medical and wellness devices for use by patients, HCPs, company representatives, and related customers. 
  • Programming of devices with the company’s proprietary device operating software. 
  • Preparation of packaging materials for devices and related materials. 
  • Perform packaging and labeling operations for movement into Finished Goods. 
  • Completion of required quality control / quality assurance as the relate to the company’s products. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the company’s product for assembly and programming operations (e.g., power-on / charging test)
  • Program the company’s devices in accordance with established work instructions, travel tickets, and related specifications
  • Perform ultrasonic welding of product in accordance with established work instructions, travel tickets, and related specifications
  • Prepare packaging materials, including the assembly of finished product boxes, gathering / provision of required literature (e.g. Instructions for Use, Warnings / ISI Cards, Getting Started cards) for inclusion in the finished package.
  • Performing any required in-process inspection operations and documenting the results on appropriate production and/or inspection records
  • Ensuring required production and quality systems documentation has been completed in accordance with established procedures. 


Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing / production environment or technical field is preferred
  • Aptitude for math and written / language skills.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects at one time
  • Good working computer skills; knowledge of MS Excel and Word helpful.
