Job Title: Painter Helper

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter Helper to join our team. The successful candidate will assist our experienced painters in preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and applying paint to various structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and cleaning

- Mix paint and other materials according to specifications

- Apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray guns

- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in painting or construction preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

- Willingness to work in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
