What will I be doing:

Answer, and routes calls promptly and professionally, taking accurate messages and following up as needed
Determine the purpose of the call and transfer to the appropriate person
Schedule and confirms appointments, consultations, and meetings using company scheduling tools and calendars
Escalate urgent calls or sensitive situations to the appropriate leader

Requirements

What do I need to bring to the table:

1+ year of receptionist, call center, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Calm professional phone presence
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
Ability to work M-F 8am-5pm
Office – onsite role required
Bilingual – English and Spanish fluency REQUIRED
