Make a Difference as a School-Based Therapist

North Homes Children and Family Services is hiring a licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP) to provide individual, group, and family therapy in the White Bear Lake Elementary School.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide therapy in a school-based setting
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
  • Conduct annual mental health evaluations
  • Offer crisis intervention support
  • Document services per state and agency standards
  • Engage in training, CE opportunities, and staff education

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in a mental health field
  • Minnesota licensure in good standing (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP)
  • Passion for ethical, trauma-informed care
